Description:
Lambda-cyhalothrin is a synthetic pyrethroid structurally similar to the natural insecticide pyrethrins. Pyrethriods disrupt the nervous system of an insect. It causes rapid paralysis and death to an insect when ingested or exposed externally.
Applications:
Lambda-Cy is label for use on alfalfa, canola, cereals, cole crops, cotton, vegetables, lettuce, onion, garlic, peanuts, pome fruits, stone fruits, sugarcane, sunflowers, tobacco, tree nuts, conifer and deciduous trees, and non-cropland.
Uses:
It is classified as a restricted use pesticide.
